当地でのベンチャー企業との面談時間は1時間枠が標準である。VCとしては、起業家との最初の1時間の面談で、次に進むか否かをある程度判断することになる。プレゼン資料が10枚で、20分の概要説明を受けて40分のQ&A時間があれば、少なくとも起業家側の世界観は大枠で掴み取ることが十分出来る。

30： プレゼン資料に30ポイント以下の小さなフォントは使うな

30ポイント以下のフォントを使わないよう、自らに課してみるといい。貴方のプレゼンがそれで良くなること請け合いである。何故なら、（30ポイント以下のフォントを使わないプレゼンは沢山のことを書けないので）貴方は最も主張すべきポイントを決めるよう求められるし、それをどううまく説明するかを考える必要に迫られるからだ。
